General Surgeon in the Highlands on Maine

Northern Light Mayo Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate general surgeon to join our well-established and highly collaborative surgical team. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive general surgery and full endoscopy services to patients across our welcoming and closeknit communities.

We are seeking a surgeon who values high-quality patient care and is committed to serving a rural population with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence. Upper and lower endoscopy skills are required for this position.

Compensation Information:

• $425,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.  The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
